As the visionary of the Group, he leads the management and guides them through the trends and developments of the market, drawing on decades of first-hand experience.
On the personal front, he is a father of two sons and a daughter, and has ensured that each of them has studied and excelled in their chosen fields.

An optimist by nature and a strategist by instinct, he joined the family business at 23 and shaped Petal Group into a diversified enterprise.
For Sukkhbir Bagga, entrepreneurship is a continuous journey of learning, strategic thinking and creating lasting value. Having learnt the fundamentals of operations first hand, he brings a practical perspective to decision-making, complemented by a forward-looking approach to business development.
His leadership philosophy rests on a simple principle: understand every aspect of the business, empower people and pursue opportunities with clarity of purpose. He believes enduring success is built collectively, a belief reflected in a culture where over 870 team members share a commitment to performance, trust and progress.
Today, Petal Group operates across automotive retail, two-wheelers, insurance, finance and real estate, with a presence in Delhi, Mumbai and key markets across Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. The Group recorded a turnover of ₹498 crore in FY 2025-26 and continues to pursue new avenues for expansion.
